Julie Lassonde
Executive Chairman & CEO, Director

Ms. Lassonde has over 14 years of experience in various financial and engineering fields including work as a civil engineer with SNC-Lavalin and investment banking experience with Macquarie Bank Ltd in Australia and the U.S.A. Ms. Lassonde holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Queen's University. She is currently a director of Halo Resources Inc., past President of Garson Gold Corp. She is also a Board Member of the Canadian Engineering Memorial Foundation, sits on the board of the fundraising committee for Queen's University Engineering Campaign and is a member of the Advisory Board for Civil Engineering at the University of Toronto.

Pamela Strand, M.Sc. P.Geol.
President, Director

Ms. Strand has been the President of Shear Diamonds since 1997. Since 1988, Ms. Strand has been employed as a geologist in the exploration and mining industry. This has included work as a District Geologist for the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, and as an exploration geologist for Miramar Mining Corporation, Homestake Mineral and Development and Noble Peak Resources Ltd. She is a Professional Geologist with APEGGA and NAPEGG, a Director and Vice President (Nunavut) of the NWT and Nunavut Chamber of Mines, past President of the Edmonton Geological Society and volunteers for the Student Outreach Program for APEGGA. Ms. Strand is also currently a Director on several private and public companies. Ms. Strand has a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto and a M.Sc. in Economic Geology from the University of Western Ontario.

Greg Missal
Director

Mr. Missal received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Regina. He became involved in the diamond exploration business during the NWT staking rush of the early 1990's and continued active in various senior management roles in Canada's North until the late 1990's. He is currently the Vice President of Corporate Affairs with Baffinland Iron Mines. He is a Director of the Nunavut/NWT Chamber of Mines and a Director of the Mining Association of Canada.

David Prince
Director

Mr. Prince is the president and founder of the independent research firm Harbinger Capital Markets Inc. Started in August 2001, Harbinger provides strategic research to private equity clients, institutional investors, governments, hedge funds, and corporations. He has held various positions within the investment industry from Professional Floor Trader to Research Director. Mr. Prince was a partner and strategist at Gordon Capital Corporation for over twenty years, a top ranked Market Strategist at a Canadian bank, and was featured many times on ROBTv (now BNN). In the 1980's, while at Gordon Capital, he was a member of the TSE Index Committee where he initiated the development of the Toronto 35 Index, the first Exchange Traded Fund in the world, which commenced trading in May 1987. Between 1996 and 1998, he served as the Chairman of the TSE Index Committee which was responsible for the makeup and inclusion of all TSX indices. Mr. Prince is a frequent guest lecturer to fourth year finance students at York University.

Gregory Rieveley
Director

Mr. Rieveley is a finance executive with 12 years of experience in the mining, diamond marketing and retail industries. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Noront Resources Ltd.; previously he held the position of Vice President, Internal Audit and Business Development at Harry Winston Diamond Corporation (formerly Aber Diamond Corporation), and prior to that he was the Controller for Dundee Precious Metals. Mr. Rieveley is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.
